Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (16.3 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-pork pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Open the biscuit dough cans and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into 4-6 smaller pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss gently until all the dough pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the non-pork pepperoni slices.
  5. Add the remaining coated biscuit pieces to the pan, then top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the rest of the non-pork pepperoni slices.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. The cheese should be bubbly and melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before carefully inverting it onto a serving platter.
  8. Serve warm and pull apart individual pieces.

Notes

For an extra cheesy crust, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over the top during the last 10 minutes of baking.

Customize with your favorite non-pork pizza toppings like diced bell peppers, cooked mushrooms, or black olives.

Ensure the dough is cooked through by checking the center; if it’s still doughy, return it to the oven for a few more minutes.

This dish is best served immediately, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated gently.
