These delightful deviled strawberries offer a harmonious blend of fresh fruit and creamy indulgence. Ripe, juicy strawberries are carefully hulled and filled with a smooth, subtly sweet cream cheese mixture, then crowned with a delicate sprinkle of buttery graham cracker crumbs. The natural tartness of the strawberry beautifully complements the rich, velvety filling, while the crumbs add a pleasant textural contrast. This no-bake treat is perfect for a light dessert or an elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large fresh strawberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Gently wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Using a small paring knife or a strawberry huller, carefully remove the green tops and a small cone-shaped portion from the center of each strawberry, creating a cavity for the filling.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the heavy cream and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or a zip-top bag with a corner snipped off).
  4. Pipe the cream cheese filling into the cavity of each prepared strawberry, creating an attractive swirl on top.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the filled strawberries.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes.

Notes

Choose firm, ripe strawberries for the best flavor and presentation.

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth, lump-free filling.

For an extra touch, toast the graham cracker crumbs lightly in a dry pan before sprinkling.

These are best enjoyed fresh; the strawberries can become watery if left too long after filling.
